No job is too big or small for The Regular Handyman! Every job requires different times, equipment and material so it is not possible to give prices without understanding the fix required. I strive to give every customer options where possible of the 'best fix' and a cheaper option.

General home repairs

Fixing leaks (taps, pipes, toilets)
Unclogging drains
Installing new fixtures (sinks, showers, baths)
Replacing or adding pipes and radiators
Replacing and/or adding light fixtures*
Installing ceiling fans etc*
Changing bulbs and switches*

Replacing/ repairing doors and windows

Rough Price Guide

At The Regular Handyman Ltd., we understand that every property has its unique quirks, and every project has its own specific needs.

For a free quote, just send over a few pictures and a brief explanation of the work you require. If it’s a larger or more complex job, I’m happy to arrange a visit to assess things in person.

Our Pricing:

Call-out fee: £50 (includes up to 1 hour of work)
Additional time: £25 per hour if the job takes longer than 1 hour
Full-day hire: £300 for up to 10 hours or £250 for up to 8 hours for a variety of tasks around the house
